Kayla brings over twenty years of combined experience in dance, fitness and classroom teaching to the studios and gyms she partners with. A lifelong dancer, Kayla studied and has taught every classical style with an emphasis on ballet. After studying dance performance at the Boston Conservatory she turned her focus to early childhood education and earned a M.Ed from Bank Street College of Education in New York City. A passion for mind-body fitness methods developed out of her devotion to dance; she credits Pilates and barre classes for keeping her body strong and limber throughout graduate school, early career days, pregnancy and life as a busy mom.
Kayla is certified in Classical Pilates as well as Balanced Body Pilates, Barre Boston, Pink Ribbon Program, Little Flower Yoga, and CPR/AED. She developed Barre With Baby, a fitness class that helps women at every stage of parenthood "fit" in a workout. Kayla believes knowledge is power and is constantly adding to her “toolbox” to provide her clients with safe, fun and dynamic workouts. Kayla can help you reach your goals through personal training at her space within Kama Fitness or at various events scheduled with finest studios in Southern NH. She resides in Hooksett with her husband and two baby ballerinas.
